Meet The Team

Great design was part of growing up in Lauren Reece’s family. Since she was first enthralled by her engineer father’s technical drawings and followed her mother’s inspired home renovations, Lauren has been drawn to all that is artistic and creative.
After art and fashion studies in London, Lauren enrolled at the world-renowned Inchbald School of Design, where she gained her Diploma in Architectural Interior Design.
With every client project, Lauren’s intuitive design approach ensures that functionality and practicality underpin the layout and interior design, guiding her clients to create a space that reflects their personality to perfectly echo how they live.

Milly worked in the corporate world for eight years before setting up her own business to support companies through growth. For the past three years, Milly has worked alongside Lauren and now runs the operational side of things, to provide Lauren with the creative freedom to fully immerse herself in client projects.
For Milly, a dream interior is light, airy and timeless with a touch of eccentricity. As a new mother, she also looks for practical functionality, a key focus at Lauren Reece Interiors.

Whiskey, the Hungarian Vizsla, is two years old but very wise. Whiskey is skilled at following the light to find the perfect nap spot – always in the sun.
